Rhonda Posey, daughter of Ray Shuler and Marlene Parker, all of Robbinsville, N.C., was united in marriage with Daniel Ferrell, son of Mike Ferrell and Linda Ferrell, all of Waynesboro, Miss., July 23 in Gatlinburg.
A reception given by the family of the bridegroom was held in Waynesboro, Miss.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple are living in Knoxville.
The bride graduated magna cum laude from Roane State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in respiratory therapy.
She is a registered respiratory therapist and works in the cardiopulmonary department at Blount Memorial Hospital.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Jones County Junior College of Ellisville, Miss., with an associate's degree in liberal arts and also graduated magna cum laude from Roane State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in respiratory therapy.
He is a registered respiratory therapist and works in the cardiopulmonary department at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
He is a senior at the University of Tennessee studying biological sciences.
