Olives celebrate 50th anniversary
Dr. and Mrs. Howard G. (Jean Key) Olive of Maryville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family Disney Cruise to the Caribbean.
The couple were married June 5, 1954 at First Baptist Church, Nashville.
Their family includes children Lynn Mayes of Calera, Ala., John Olive of Tullahoma, David Olive of Concord, N.C., Allison Townsend of Augusta, Ga., and Angela Johnson of Birmingham.
They have 11 grandchildren.
Dr. Olive is retired pastor of Monte Vista Baptist Church.
Mrs. Olive is retired owner/manager of The Gathering Christian Book Store.
