The couple were married May 24, 1953 at the home of the bride.
The Rev. John Fox from Sevierville officiated.
Their family includes daughter and son-in-law Linda Drinnen Brakebill and Greg Brakebill, granddaughter Emily Brakebill and grandson Andrew Brakebill, all of Maryville.
Mr. Drinnen is retired from Aluminum Company of America.
Mrs. Drinnen is a homemaker.
They are active members of East Maryville Baptist Church.
They also enjoy gardening.
