The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Todd K. Tupper of Phoenix, AZ.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur P. Murphy, Jr. of Scottsdale, AZ, and Mrs. Dorothy H. Tupper and the late Mr. Frank L. Tupper of Grand Rapids, MI.
The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. John C. Tayloe, Jr. of New Bern, NC.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert A. Cook of New Bern and the late Mrs. Nell Holt Tayloe of Ahoskie, NC, and the late Dr. John C. Tayloe of Washington.
Ashley Tupper of New York, NY, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Ashley Fella of Hawthorne, CA; Karen Tayloe of Lexington, VA, sister of the groom; Kate Reibel of New York, NY; Lindsay Raney of Newport Coast, CA; Lindsay Rogers of New York, NY; and Rita Donahoe of Manhattan Beach, CA.
John Tayloe, Jr. served as his son's best man.

She is an event producer with Rafanelli Events in Boston.
The groom graduated from St. Andrew's School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Rhodes College.
He is a graduate student at MIT Sloan School of Management.
The couple will reside in Boston with Winslow, their golden retriever.
