Gilliam anniversary
Wendell and Shirley Gilliam of Raleigh celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, April 4, 2008 at a dinner at the North Carolina State University Club with family and friends.
They have three children, Letha and Doug Jones of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Paula Gilliam of Charlotte, and Mark Gilliam of San Francisco, California.
Robert Houlihan is also considered a member of their family.
They have three grandsons, Dustin, Kyle and Nicholas Jones.
The Gilliams were married April 5, 1958 at Clayton Avenue Baptist Church in Hugo, Oklahoma.
