Engagement
Marty and Tom Redington of Hannibal have announced the engagement of their daughter, Monica Redington, to Lyle Cook.
He is the son of Shirley and Hal Trussell of Maywood and Carl Sr. and Jonie Cook of Fowler, Ill.
The prospective bride is a 2000 graduate of Quincy Notre Dame and is employed by Intermet.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Highland High School and is enrolled at John Wood Community College.
He is a manager at Steak 'n Shake.
The wedding is planned for 7:30 p.m. June 8, 2002 at Holy Family Church in Hannibal.
