Franks anniversary
Caspian Sea Franks and Olene Ogburn Franks of Raleigh celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married in Raleigh on December 6, 1947.
They were honored at a special dinner hosted by their family.
Mr. and Mrs. Franks have one daughter, Mona Franks Knight, who lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband Dr. James Knight.
They also have two grandchildren, Erin Lavin and Jimmy Knight.
