The bride is the daughter of Richard Luzader of Wheeling and Pamela Scalastice of Cleveland.
The groom is the son of Stephen Shaffer of Brockway, Pa., and Mary Ellen Shaffer of Bellaire.
A reception was held at the Bridgeport Eagles.
The bride is employed by REM of West Virginia.
The groom is a teacher at Bellaire High School.
After a wedding trip to Ocean City, Md., the couple will reside in Triadelphia.
