Laura Anne Moore and Rusty Lee Barnett were married at half past two in the afternoon on Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Durham.
The Reverend Johnny Branch officiated.
A reception was held at Treyburn Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Jan and Nancy Moore of Durham.
The bride's grandparents are Mrs. Shyla Todd of Cary and the late Dr. Daniel E. Todd, Jr., and Mrs. Sadie Moore of Lumberton and the late Mr. C.J. Moore.
The groom is the son of Mike and Bev Barnett of Enterprise, Kansas.
He is the grandson of Mrs. Juanita Muse also of Enterprise.
The matron of honor was Mrs. Carrie Miller of Durham.
The bridesmaids were Miss Summer Tippett of Wilmington, Miss Janice Clarkson of Hickory and Miss Jessica Williams of Durham, cousin of the bride.
The flower girl was Miss Brentley Byrd of Wilmington.
The best man was the groom's brother, Mr. Terry Barnett.
The groomsmen were Mr. Paul Vail of Fuquay-Varina, Mr. Aaron Pico of Raleigh, and Mr. Richard Moore of Charlotte, brother of the bride.
The bride is employed by Quintiles.
The groom is employed by Fidelity Investments.
The couple will reside in their new home in Durham.
