The ceremony was held at Edenton Street United Methodist Church in Raleigh with The Reverend Kathryn Johnson officiating.
Following the nuptials, a reception was held at Raleigh Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William M. LeFavor of Raleigh.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Mokray of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold Horton LeFavor of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Jeanine is a graduate of East Carolina University and is employed as a sales consultant for The Wella Corporation.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Blackmon Harris of Fayetteville.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George William Vossler, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilton James Harris, all of Fayetteville.
Sam graduated from Woodberry Forest School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He is employed as a relationship manager with Wachovia.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Michelle Dawn LeFavor of Raleigh, sister-in-law of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Barbara Harris Bond of Raleigh, sister of the groom; Kristi Woodruff Adams of Wilmington; Rebecca Senf Bass of Raleigh; Ashley Womble Molloy of Heathrow, Florida; Heather Leigh Taylor of Wilmington; and Kim Roberts Tushingham of Raleigh.
Karli Jeanine LeFavor of Raleigh, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.
The groom chose his father, Mr. Phillip Blackmon Harris of Fayetteville as his best man.
The groomsmen were Phillip Blackmon Harris, Jr. of Fayetteville, brother of the groom; William Noel Harris of Charlotte, brother of the groom; William James LeFavor of Raleigh, brother of the bride; Dr. George Moore Brinson of Wilmington; Alexander Burroughs Odom of Atlanta, Georgia; and Charles Alexander White III of Asheville.
Allen Harris Bond of Raleigh, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

Acolytes were Phillip Blackmon Harris III and Spencer Adams Harris of Fayetteville, nephews of the groom.
The groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner and dance at Carolina Country Club.
Following a honeymoon trip to Mexico, the couple will live in Raleigh.
