She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Irvin Thomas Blanchard, junior and the late Doctor Irvin Thomas Blanchard, junior, and Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Gray Wheeler, junior of New Bern.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Arthur Clark of Raleigh.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Churchwell Crowell of Fayetteville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilson Clark of Raleigh.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The maids of honor were Miss Linda Leigh Brantley and Miss Betsy Lynn Kilpatrick of Raleigh.

He is director of sales for the Real Estate Service Team, Inc.
Following a wedding trip to St. Barthelemy, West Indies, the couple will reside in Raleigh.
