Sherri Ann Semersky of Cary and James William Harris Jr. of Coats were married May 6, 2006, at Greenwood Forest Baptist Church.

The bride is the daughter of James and Patti Semersky of Cary.

Parents of the groom are Mrs. Ann Shields of Durham and Mr. Bill Harris Sr. of Wilmington.

After a honeymoon trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina, the couple will live in Buies Creek.
