Jessica Elaine Burris and Gregory Todd Diefenbaugh were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004 at Triadelphia United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kevin Leasure officiating the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kimberly K. Emerick of Wheeling and Mr. and Mrs. William D. Burris of St. Clairsville.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Diefenbaugh of Bethlehem.
April Jones was matron of honor. Devon Emerick, sister of the bride,was maid of honor. Jason Bane served as best man.
Other attendants were Andrea Emerick, sister of the bride; Brienne Taylor, sister of the groom; Carrie Posker; Lisa Hoffman; Ali Bragg; Matthew Schane; William Burris, brother of the bride; William Taylor; Justin Ebeling; Jeremy Tuel and Joshua Posker.
A reception was held at the Hellenic Center, Wheeling.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2003 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2002 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor's degree in communications.
After a wedding trip to Virginia Beach, Va., the couple will reside in Wheeling.
