Grindle - Daniels

Dana Margaret Daniels and Lieutenant Commander Mark Christopher Grindle were married September 21, 2002, in the Village of Nags Head in Nags Head. The oceanfront ceremony was performed by the Reverend David Daniels, uncle of the bride. A cottage reception followed the late afternoon nuptials. The bride is the daughter of Ms. Julie M. Daniels of Chapel Hill, and Mr. William T. Daniels of Wanchese and Hampton, Virginia. The groom is the son of Mrs. Carol Beers of Durango, Colorado, and Mr. Dan Grindle of Des Moines, Iowa. The bride graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. After spending the last six years employed by IBM and Direct Fit in the San Francisco area, she is presently employed as a district manager for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in the Fresno region of California. The groom graduated and received a commission in the United States Navy from Iowa State University. He received his Aviator Wings in 1995 and graduated from the Navy Fighter Weapons School in 1999. He is currently based at Lemoore Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California. The couple is residing in their new home in Hanford, California.
