Jones - Walden

Ashley Carole Walden and Stephen Phillip Jones of Greensboro were married at four o'clock in the afternoon on November 9, 2002, at Jonesboro United Methodist Church in Sanford. The Reverend David Banks officiated. Parents of the bride hosted a reception after the ceremony at Carolina Trace Country Club. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Walden Jr. of Sanford. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Harold "Monk" Moore of Angier. The bride received a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She is employed as a physical therapist and is a member of the Junior League of Greensboro. The groom received a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. He is employed by the Drug Enforcement Administration and holds the rank of Captain in the North Carolina National Guard. After a honeymoon trip to Costa Rica, the couple will make their home in Greensboro.
