Kellogg - Renda

Anita Louise Renda of Springdale, Arkansas, and Ryan Powell Kellogg of Fuquay-Varina were married October 5, 2002, at six o'clock in the evening at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Springdale, Arkansas. The Reverend Father Scott Friend officiated the double ring ceremony. A reception was held at the Clarion Inn in Bentonville, Arkansas. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Renda of Springdale, Arkansas. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Albert Renda of Niagara Falls, New York, and Mr. Clarence Evans of Springdale, and the late Mrs. Anita Evans. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. E. Howard Kellogg Jr. of Fuquay-Varina. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eldon H. Kellogg of Durham, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William L. Powell of Raleigh. The bride's sister, Briana Renda of Springdale, Arkansas, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Allen of Rogers, Arkansas, and Amanda Massey and Megan Harwell of Springdale, Arkansas. The groom's cousin, Callie Fry of Raleigh, served as flower girl. E. Howard Kellogg Jr. served as his son's best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Frink of Raleigh, Scott Ogburn of Durham, and Brian Reed of Knoxville, Tennessee. Ring bearers were Noah and Isaac Antony of Springdale, Arkansas. The bride received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. The groom graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. He is employed as a chemical engineer with Shell Oil Company. Following their honeymoon trip to Italy, the couple currently resides in The Netherlands.
