Jennifer Marie Blehschmidt and Gary Lee Griffith were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clairsville, with the Rev. H. Christopher Foxhoven officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Mary Blehschmidt of Bridgeport and the late Randy N. Blehschmidt.
Parents of the groom are Wilda and Brock Griffith of Martins Ferry.
Amanda Burley and Heather Borkoski were matrons of honor. Robert Griffith and Jay Griffith served as best men.
Other attendants were Jessica Kovacs, Chrissy Harris, Dana Harris, Ralph Capalingo, Robby Kolb, Dustin Fannin, Chelsea Griffith, Ashley Griffith, Megan Griffith, Emily Griffith, Allen "A.J." Blehschmidt, Jonathan Kreiter, Blake Brown, Devon Kovacs, Rick Kolb and Kiria Griffith.
A reception was held at the Bridgeport Eagles.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Bridgeport High School and a 2004 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate of applied science degree in building preservation and restoration.
The groom is a 1991 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. He is employed as an assistant marketing manager for Sherwin Williams Co.
After a wedding cruise to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Harrisville.
