Stephanie Ann Neeb of Wake Forest and Jason Matthew Wilkes of Winston-Salem were married on Saturday, July 27, 2002, at five-thirty in the evening at Wake Forest Presbyterian Church in Wake Forest.
The Reverend John Hartman and the Reverend Owen Stepp officiated the ceremony.
A reception followed at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, hosted by the bride's parents.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Neeb of Wake Forest.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Warren Stroebel of Jersey City, New Jersey, and Mrs. Catherine Neeb of Wake Forest and the late Mr. Robert P. Neeb.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Craig K. Wilkes of Clemmons.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Wilkes of Winston Salem, and Mr. and Mrs. William Fitzgerald of Winston-Salem, and the late Mr. Robert Bradley Shoaf of Reedy Creek. Lori Anne Neeb and Jennifer Lynn Neeb, sisters of the bride, of Raleigh served as the maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Pamela Lynn Rogers of Youngsville, Heather Sears Smith of Winston-Salem, and Tiffani Nichole Wilkes, sister of the groom, of Wilmington.
Mary Catherine Hardwick of Youngsville served as the junior bridesmaid. Craig Kimberley Wilkes served as his son's best man.
Groomsmen were Joseph Drew Lanier of Welcome, Richard Forest Redden III of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and Wesley Crandell Smith and Jacob Michael Wilkes, both of Winston-Salem.
Program attendants were Elyse Barsalona, cousin of the bride, of Boca Raton, Florida, and Courtney Wilkes, cousin of the groom, of Winston-Salem.
Organist was Susie Vogt. The bride is a graduate of Saint Mary's High School in Raleigh.
This past May she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Salem College in Winston-Salem.
The groom graduated from North Davidson High School in Midway and from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
He is now President of Wilkes Decorating Company, Inc. located in Winston-Salem.
After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple will reside in Winston-Salem.
