Stoltz - Branch Wedding
Diana Dolores Stoltz and Clinton Hood Branch were united in marriage on Saturday, June 22, 2002 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Anderson. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Reverend Louis S. Sikorski. Music was provided by organist Blondie Carrell of Anderson and soloist Jason Keasling of Dobbin. Altar servers were Swank Backhus of Navasota and Lance Schroeder of Anderson. Ministers of the Eucharist was Marion Szymczak and E.J. Maupin, both of Anderson. Ministers of the word was David D. Stoltz, grandfather of the bride and Donald Sowell, step-father of the groom. Mr. & Mrs. Augustine Velasquez sponsored the lasso, Jeff Hoffart and Adrienne Perry printed the programs and Mrs. Virginia Zardenta was the cake server. Programs were passed out by cousins of the bride, Stephanie Ramirez and Candyce Gutierrez.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel A. and Kathy Stoltz of Point Blank and the granddaughter of David and Mary Stoltz of Paramount, California and the late Monico and Sally Perez of Long Beach, California.
The groom is the son of Donald and Gail Sowell of Anderson and Janice Branch and the late John Hood Branch of Montgomery. He is the grandson of Frank and Dolores Hoffart of Dobbin, Helen Branch Worman of West Columbia and the late Norman D. Branch, Sr., John and JoAnn Sowell of Anderson and William and Clara Walkoviak of Navasota.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white silk and organza gown. The formal gown was detailed with lace and crystals that encircled the bodice and swept into a chapel length train. Complementing her gown, Diana wore a tiara and carried a hand-tied bouquet of white roses.
The bride’s matron of honor was her sister, Daniella Rubeck of Killeen. Bridesmaids were Brandi Branch, sister of the groom, Cissy Nieto, cousin of the bride, Tiffany Miller and Mandi Wrobleski, friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Ashleigh Sowell, sister of the groom. Flower girls were ShyAnne Rubeck, niece of the bride and Aarika Snow, niece of the groom.
Serving as the groom’s best man was Brandon Borski, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Daniel S. Stoltz, brother of the bride, Joe Snow and Michael Snow, step-brothers of the groom, Chris Niemann, friend of the groom and Eric Giles, cousin of the groom. Junior groomsman was Trey Hoffart, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Steven J. Rubeck, brother-in-law of the bride, Rick Miller, friend of the bride and Jason Cleere and Darren Derrett, friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Steven D. Rubeck, nephew of the bride.
A dinner and dance wedding reception immediately followed at Waterwood Country Club. A mariachi band provided music for guests as they dined and DJ Rick Lemons of Anderson provided music for dancing.
The bride is a graduate of Humble High School and Sam Houston State University where she received a degree in Education. She is currently employed by Anderson-Shiro CISD. The groom is a graduate of Anderson-Shiro High School and served for four years in the United States Air Force. He is currently employed by the Huntsville Item.
Following a honeymoon trip to Maya, Mexico, Clint and Diana are presently residing in Anderson, Texas.
