Shannah Lynn Klempa and Jason A. Balsei were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004 in Bellaire Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Don Cordery and the Rev. Pete Walburn officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Susan Klempa of Bellaire and Orphy Klempa Sr. of Wheeling.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Balsei of Shadyside.
Brooke Klempa was matron of honor. Jason Dowling served as best man.

A reception was held at the Bridgeport Eagles.
The bride is a graduate of Bellaire High School and a graduate of Ohio University Eastern with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Vision Center of Central Ohio as a job coach.
The groom is a graduate of Bellaire High School. He is a member of International Brotherood of Electrical Workers, Local 141, as a journeyman wireman. He is employed by Davison Electric Co.
After a wedding trip to the New England states, the couple will reside in Shadyside.
