Heather Lynn Glasscock and Charles Michael Yakubow II were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Main Street United Methodist Church, Petersburg, W.Va.,with the Rev. Dennis Arnold of West Liberty officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Allan and Sandria Glasscock of Petersburg.
The groom is the son of Charles and Karen Yakubow of Moorefield, W.Va. He is the grandson of Frank and Martha Miller of West Liberty.
Danielle Fincham Riggins; Jennifer Glasscock Moyers, sister of the bride; Nickoli Riggins and Corey Yakubow, brother of the groom, were honor attendants.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Petersburg High School and a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University with a master of arts degree in education. She is a fifth-grade teacher at Petersburg Elementary School.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Moorefield High School and a 2004 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of social work degree with a minor in sociology. He will pursue a career as a child protection service worker in Hardy County.
The couple resides in Petersburg.
