50th Wedding Anniversary
Lynn and Helen Haaven celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends on July 15, 2000, in Faith Evangelical Free Church, Grand Forks.
The children and grandchildren presented a program, including a written tribute, a vocal solo from the '40s and '50s and a slide presentation.
They were married Aug. 8, 1950, in Langdon (N.D.) Lutheran Church.
They lived in the Hannah, N.D., area for 40 years and retired to Grand Forks.
