Passmore-Isham marry for Sunday, October 6, 2002
Kara Beth Passmore of Harrison, Ark., and Kristopher Adam Isham of Greenwood, Ark., were married at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2002, at the Bella Vista Lutheran Church by the Rev. James Bryant.
The bride is the daughter of Mickey Passmore of Harrison and Cloyd and Judy Passmore of Western Grove, Ark.
The groom is the son of Matt and Kathy Garner of Bentonville, and Rick and Mary Isham of Greenwood.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Cloyd Passmore. She wore a white, satin, A-line dress, accented with embroidered silver flowers and featuring a chapel train. She wore a silver tiara decorated with beads and rhinestones, and an elbow-length veil. She carried a bouquet of stargazer lilies, peach roses, light blue delphenia, stephanotis and Queen Anne’s lace, hand-tied with sheer white ribbon.
Jennifer Lane of Harrison served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Whitlow of Fayetteville, Angela Wheeler of Fort Smith and Sarah Spring of Little Rock.
The attendants wore floorlength, periwinkle, satin, Aline dresses, featuring chiffon accents.
Troy Whitlow of Fayetteville served as best man. Groomsmen were Brian Lane of Harrison, Paul Peletz of Bentonville and Kevin Deaver of Morrilton, Ark.
Ushers were Brian Isham of Bentonville, and Shane Passmore and Wes Passmore, both of Harrison.
The men wore black tuxedos, silver vests and long Euroband ties.
Jake Wynn, nephew of the bride, served as ringbearer, and Becky Passmore, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.
Music was provided by vocalist Jennifer Lane and pianist Anita Lott.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Loch Lomond Yacht Club in Bella Vista.
The bride graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She is employed as the county reporter for The Benton County Daily Record in Bentonville.
The groom graduated summa cum laude from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. He is employed in the legal department at the Wal-Mart Home Office in Bentonville.
After a wedding trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico, the couple will reside in Bentonville.
