Mrs. Moss is the daughter of William and Connie Knepper of Cherry Run, W.Va.
She is a 1985 graduate of Kaiserslautern High School
Mr. Moss is the son of Norman and Catalina Moss of the Philippines.
He is a 1986 graduate of Kaiserslautern High School and is serving in the U.S. Army, stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas.
They live in Fort Bliss.
