The bride is the daughter of Rose Jeffreys of Bellaire and the late Robert Jeffreys.
The groom is the son of Charles and Donna Westfall of Fairpoint.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Bobby Jeffreys.
Bradley Hodorowski, son of the bride, was an attendant.
The bride is a 1989 graduate of St. John Central High School. She is employed by Crestview Health Care Center, Bannock.
The groom is a 1987 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. He is owner/operator of Westfall's Sales and Service, Fairpoint.
