Hickmans Celebrate 60th

Martha and Virgil A. Hickman of Wheeling celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Monday, April 19, 2004.

They were united in marriage April 19, 1944 at Chapline Street Methodist Church, Wheeling.
Martha Rose Hickman is the daughter of the late Joseph and Myrtle Baker of Wheeling.

Hickman is the son of the late George and Marjorie Hickman of Wheeling. He is a retired employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and a veteran of World War II.

They are the parents of two children, Richard A. of Wheeling and the late Martha J. Fortney. They have two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
