The Andersons
John T. and Peggy Anderson of Williamsport were honored with a surprise celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary at Airport Inn in Hagerstown and a reception at the home of Rickey and Debbie Anderson in Hagerstown.
The dinner was hosted by their children, Ronald Anderson, Beverly and Gregory Shank, Thomas and Laura Anderson, Rickey and Debbie Anderson and Michelle and Chris McCullough.
The Andersons were married June 15, 1946, in Clear Spring by the Rev. Luther Hare.
The couple has six grandchildren.
They both are retired.
