Joyce Lynn Kafton and Wayne Surbaugh were united in marriage Monday, July 28, 2003 at First Christian Church, Cameron, with Dr. Walter E. McNutt officiating.
Parents of the bride are Lela Rose of St. Clairsville, formerly of Cameron, and the late Karl Charles Kafton.
Parents of the groom are Erma Surbaugh of Grassy Meadows, W.Va., and the late Fred Surbaugh.
A reception was held at First Christian Church fellowship hall, Cameron.
The bride is 1980 graduate of Cameron High School. She attended West Virginia Northern Community College.
The groom is a 1975 graduate of Greenbrier West High School. He is employed by CSX Corp. at The Greenbrier in the engineering department, carpentry division, as a master lead carpenter.
After a wedding trip to the Outer Banks, N.C., they reside in Grassy Meadows.
