Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Mofford of Jacksonville, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Andrea, to Michael Burt Kaufold Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael B. Kaufold Sr. of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Mofford of Montreal, Canada, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Phipps.
A 1998 graduate of Nease High School in St. Augustine, Fla., she received a degree as a medical assistant from Advanced Career Training.
She is employed by Ponte Vedra Dermatology in Jacksonville.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gene H. Studebaker of Jacksonville and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Kaufold of Dowling Park, Fla.
He is a 1996 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2000 graduate of Berry College, where he received a B.S. in computer science.
He is employed as a manager with Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Jacksonville.
The wedding will be May 1, 2004.
After a honeymoon trip to Key West, the couple will reside in Jacksonville.
