The future bride is that granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Sims of Tyrone, Mrs. Ruth White of Fayetteville, the late Mrs. Theresa Sims, and the late H.R. White.
She is a 1996 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2000 graduate of Shorter College.
She is employed by Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital in Rome.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Bonnie Ashworth of Piedmont and the late J.C. Ashworth, and the late L.B. and Margaret Pruett.
A 1996 graduate of Coosa High School, he attended Floyd College.
He is employed by Verizon Wireless in Rome.
The wedding will be May 15, 2004, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Sims.
