Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Allen of East Point announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Anita Allen, to David Lee Hazeltine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Hazeltine of Port Charlotte, Fla.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Allen of Dudley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hall of Dublin.
She was graduated from Tri-Cities High School and received a degree in early childhood education from Atlanta Christian College.
She currently is a teacher at the Bedford School in Fairburn.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hazeltine and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Belter, all of Port Charlotte, Fla.
He was graduated from Port Charlotte High School and is enrolled at Georgia Perimeter College pursuing a degree in business.
He is employed by Chick-fil-A.
The wedding will be June 12, 2004, at East Point Christian Church, with a reception following at the College Park Women’s Club.
