Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Connell of Glen Dale.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Atkinson of Greenville, S.C.
Kara Connell, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Harold Atkinson, father of the groom, served as best man.
Other attendants were Andrew Atkinson, Jonathan Atkinson, Robert Dougherty, Abigail Brown and Shalyn Dougherty.
A reception was held at the Hellenic Center, Wheeling.
The bride is a graduate of Marshall University and West Virginia University. She is employed as a case manager for Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital in Greenville.
The groom attended Carson Newman College. He is a regional sales consultant for PFG Milton's of Oakwood, Ga.
After a wedding trip, they will reside in Greer, S.C.
