Karen Kelley and Jason Boyd, both of Blair, were married March 21, 1998, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair.
Rev. Hugh F. Schwartz officiated at the 2 p.m. double ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Mike and Debbie Kelley of Kimball and William and Judy Boyd of Blair.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
She wore a satin gown with a heavily beaded and sequined fitted bodice with long fitted sleeves.
It featured an open, heart - shaped back decorated with pearls and a cathedral - length train adorned with sequin and pearl appliques.
She carried a lighted bouquet of silk flowers arranged by her aunt, Angela Kelley, of Gering. Carolyn Ryan of Virginia Beach, Va., was her personal attendant.
Misty Coyle of Scottsbluff was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Cindy Vogt of Arlington, sister of the bridegroom; Tara Gilbert and Tracy Gilbert of Lincoln and Mocha Butkovich of Aurora, Colo.
Junior bridesmaids were Alicia Lukassen and Kayla Kelley.
Flower girls were Jessica Boyd and Caitlin Ryan.
The bridegroom's brother, Craig Boyd was best man.
Groomsmen were David Vogt of Arlington, brother - in - law of the bridegroom; Robert Kelley of Kimball, brother of the bride; and Blair Boquet and Kevin Wehrli of Blair.
The ring bearer was Drew Kobs.
Ushering the guests were Darin Lukassen, John Kobs, Josh Baker and Joel Baker.
Clare Cowing played the organ and Steve Schadegg was the vocalist.
The candle lighters were Justin Lukassen and Tyler Kelley.
Special wedding guests were the couple's grandparents, Mary Ann and Wayne Lukassen, Vera and Everett Kelley and William H. Boyd of Blair.
The buffet, reception and dance was at Central Court in Blair.
A second buffet, reception and dance was March 28 in Kimball.
After a wedding trip to Breckenridge, Colo., the couple is at home in Blair.
Karen is attending the University of Nebraska - Omaha and working part time at Seidler & Seidler in Omaha.
Jason is employed by M & S Grading in Omaha.
