Coulter Fiftieth Anniversary
There will be an open house March 29, 1998 to celebrate Lloyd and Mary Coulter's 50th wedding anniversary.
The event will be from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
Lloyd and Mary were married March 28, 1948, at the First Christian Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The event is being given by the couple's daughters and sons-in-law: Shirley and John Pleskac; Sharmain and Art Keller; and Sharlene and Mike Stevens.

(Obituary of Mary Coulter: "Mary Lucille Coulter - MISSOURI VALLEY - Mary Lucille (Purcell) Coulter, 81, died Jan. 30, 2004 at the Longview Care Center in Missouri Valley. She was born Oct. 13, 1922 in Loveland to Jesse Bruce and Jesse Pearl (Messer) Purcell. She graduated from high school in Beebeetown. She was married to Lloyd Coulter Mar. 28, 1948 in Council Bluffs. She was employed as a nurse's aid at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs and cared for many others throughout life. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Pleskac and husband John of Missouri Valley, and Sharmain Keller and husband Art of Missouri Valley; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. The funeral will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Church of Christ in Missouri Valley. Burial will follow at Calhoun Cemetery in Missouri Valley.")
