Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. David H. Bishop of Wheeling.
Parents of the groom are Dr. Philip High of Wheeling and Joy High of Belmont.
Jenny Coyne was matron of honor. Paul Joanou served as best man.
Other attendants were Julia McGlumphy, Natalie Nuzum, McKenna Coyne, Luke High, Alex High, Patrick Eismon, Chad Joel, Doug Sprague, Ken Burns, Tim Hanne and Killian Coyne.
A reception was held at the Wheeling Artisan Center.
The bride is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Nursing. She is employed by West Virginia University Hospital as a registered nurse in the cardio-thoracic unit.
The groom is a graduate of West Virginia University. He is employed as an insurance agent by Berry Bippus Chison and Foose in Wheeling.
After a wedding trip to Mexico, the couple will reside in Wheeling.
