Katie Loftis, daughter of Steve and Mary Loftis of Craig, Neb., bacame the bride of Jakeob Rieck, son of Reva Burger of West Point, Neb., and Dale Rieck of Leigh, Neb., on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
The wedding was held at Alder Grove United Methodist Church near Craig and the reception took place at the Tekamah City Auditorium in Tekamah, Neb.
Katie is a 2011 graduate of Tekamah-Herman High School and a 2015 graduate of the Early Childhood Education program at Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Neb.
She is currently working as a paraprofessional for Tekamah-Herman Elementary and has a part-time photography business.
Jake is a 2009 graduate of Leigh High School and a 2011 graduate of the Diesel Technology-Ag Program at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Neb.
He is currently working as a John Deere mechanic at Platte Valley Equipment in Fremont, Neb.
The newlyweds live on an acreage near Craig.
