Sheri Hink, Bradley Wagner
Sheri Hink and Bradley Wagner, both of Imperial, ended their long courtship when they were united in marriage at 4:00 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2013, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Imperial.
Rev. David Kahle officiated the ceremony and Vicar David McCarthy served as crucifer/lector.
The bride, escorted to the altar by her mother, wore a simple satin gown and carried a bouquet of red roses and sunflowers.
Parents of the bride are Elaine Hink of Imperial and the late Leo Hink.
Parents of the bridegroom are Larry Wagner of Lincoln and the late Lana Wagner.
Matron of Honor was Teri Alley-Davis of Lincoln, friend of the bride.
The flower girls were Jenan Al-Hakemi Wagner, sister of the groom, Scarlett Coleman and Brynn Nickolaus, step nieces of the groom, all of Lincoln.
Marissa Wagner of Lincoln, daughter of the groom, served as the groom’s Honor Attendant. Ring bearers were Ty Wagner, grandson of the couple, and Leo Hink-Wagner, son of the couple, both of Imperial.
Trevor Fuehrer of Imperial, nephew of the bride, served as the ring bearers’ attendant.
Musical selections were performed by Makayla DaMoude of Imperial, niece of the bride, trumpeter, and Joel Grosbach served as the ceremony’s organist.
Joel DaMoude of Imperial, nephew of the bride, was the candlelighter.
Ushering the guests were Russ DaMoude of Imperial, brother-in-law of the bride, and Ben Coleman of Lincoln, step brother-in-law of the groom.
Krista Fuehrer of Denver, Colo., niece of the bride, welcomed guests at the guest book table.
Lost loved ones were honored and remembered at the table, the bride’s late father and the groom’s late mother with photographs and white roses.
The couple’s departed loved ones, including grandparents and the bride’s uncle, were remembered by a candle which burnt brightly in their memories.
A reception and dance followed at the Imperial Eagles Club. Sisters of the bride, Lisa Fuehrer of Denver and Davon DaMoude of Imperial, were cake servers at the reception.
The bride, a 1995 graduate of Chase County High School, received her Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from the University of Nebraska in Kearney in 1999 and her Masters of Science in sociology with emphasis in community and economic development from Illinois State University in 2009.
She is the managing editor of the Wauneta Breeze.
The bridegroom attended Lincoln High School in Lincoln, Neb., and received a journeyman certificate in HVAC installation and worked in various areas of the construction field throughout his career including management of his own company.
He works as a service technician at Regier Equipment in Madrid.
Sheri and Bradley Hink-Wagner and their two children make their home in Imperial.
