Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Willis Louthen of Wellsburg.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Stenger of Wheeling.
Dora Wallace was matron of honor. Eric Tustin served as best man.
Other attendants were Sharon Woodburn, Danielle Black, Mandy Prunty, Holly Colson, Betsy Wood, Jimmy Comer, Larry Capp, Nathan Colson, Kevin Kendzerski, Ed KoKosinski, Karen KoKosinski and D.J. Woodburn.
A reception was held at the Italian American Club, Wheeling.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Brooke High School. She is employed by Wheeling Linen Services.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 1999 graduate of Belmont Technical College. He is employed by AVI Food Services.
The couple will reside in Wheeling.
