Carrie Kitt and Bryan Kearney were united in marriage on Aug. 15, 2009, at Christ United Methodist Church in Columbus. Pastor Bill Ritter officiated.

Parents of the couple are Patti and Lonnie Kitt of Schuyler and Connie and Jim Kearney of Auburn.

Matron of Honor was Casey Bailey of Columbus. Bridesmaids were Kristy Munter of Lincoln, Alicia Seckman and Andrea Chatelain of Omaha.

The Best Men were Justyn Kearney of Omaha and Aaryn Kearney of Lincoln. Groomsmen were James Gerdes of Auburn, John Bailey of Columbus and Seth Groff of Lincoln.

Ushers were Chad Doerneman, Phil Emanuel, Joe Engles, all of Omaha and Matt Harms of Lincoln.

Ringbearers were Chance and Maclain Bailey, both of Columbus.

Candle lighter was Jared Chromy of Schuyler.

The bride graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in advertising. She is the advertising director at QC Supply in Schuyler.

The groom graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He is a Project Manager for BD Construction in Columbus.

The couple honeymooned in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and reside in Columbus.
