The 2:00 PM ceremony was performed by Father Rick Farrell, Pastor. The Bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Hartman of Pine City, NY, has a Master's Degree in Social Welfare from SUNY Albany. She is currently employed at Conifer Park. The Groom, son of Charlene Machnick of Wilton, NY, and Mr. and Mrs. Frederick DeCenzo of Troy, NY, has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from SUNY Albany. He is currently employed at General Electric. The Maid of Honor was Stacey Hampt. The Matron of Honor was Madeline Hartman. The Bride's attendants were Karen DaRocha, Tamar Stone, Karen Raplee, and Jill Freeman Wortman. The Best Man was Daniel DeCenzo. The Groomsmen were, Jason Hartman, John Knight, Scott Brown, Brendan Barry and Andrew Chorney. A reception was held at the Holiday Inn in Horseheads. After a Cruise to the Southern Carribean, the couple resides in Albany.
