50th anniversary open house set for Hersheys
Larry and Mary Lee Hershey of Bloomfield will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2002, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Larry Neil Hershey and Mary Lee Downing were married Dec. 21, 1952, at the Troy Methodist Church.
They have lived in Davis County all their married lives and have been engaged in farming most of that time.
The couple has three children, Marla Piper of Bloomfield, Kevin Hershey of Troy and Tracy Hershey of Johnston.
They have eight grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to share in the open house, hosted by family, at their home at 16846 Valley Avenue, Bloomfield.
The couple requests no gifts, please.
