Weilbrenners' to observe 70th anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Weilbrenner of rural Bloomfield will observe their 70th wedding anniversary with an open house Saturday, Jan. 30, 1999 from 2-4 p.m. at the Barker United Methodist Church.
Elmer Weilbrenner and Florence Becraft were married Feb. 3, 1929 in Bloomfield by Rev. John W. Poole.
Hosting the event will be their children, Louise and Eugene Rupe and LaVern and Verna Mae Weilbrenner all of Bloomfield.
The couple have five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
They have spent their married life in Davis County.
He is a retired farmer and she is a retired school teacher.
The couple request no gifts, but would appreciate cards.
