Mr. Raymond Wurst Sr. and Mrs. Thelma (Phelps) Wurst of Bowling Green will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Jan. 2, 2016.
Raymond (Shorty) and Thelma have two children, Raymond Jr. and his wife, Tamara, and Kathy and her husband, Matt (Williams). They are blessed with four grandchildren, Emily (Nick), Ashley (Jacob), Jacob and Jordan, all of Bowling Green.
The couple are members of Mount Pleasant Church, where an open house will be given by their children in their honor.
The open house reception is from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 2, 2016, where friends and family are invited to come celebrate their 50 years of marriage.
Cards are welcome in expressing salutations and happiness.
