Mr. and Mrs. Roger LaPointe celebrated their 30th anniversary with a trip to Riu Palace in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
LaPointe and the former Lisa Openshaw were married Feb. 10, 1984, by the Rev. James Britt at the home of Bud and Helen Openshaw in Plano.
They have five children, Sarah Stair and her husband, Tim, of Seymour, Ind., Anthony and Evan LaPointe of Bowling Green and twin daughters Josephine Ann and Lauren Jean, who have gone to be with their Lord.
They also have three grandchildren, Hannah, Emily and Isabella of Seymour.
