Bleigh - Zehring
Jennifer Ann Bleigh became the bride of Richard Curtis Zehring, Jr., at 6 p.m. Sept. 27, 2003 at the First Presbyterian Church in Hannibal, Mo.
The Rev. Michael Lewton officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Tom and Jane Bleigh, of Hannibal, and the groom's parents are Richard and Dorothy Zehring, of Centerville, Ohio.
Matron of honor was Karisa Cheddie, of Ankeny, Ia.
Serving as best man was Joseph Sharp, of Costa Mesa, Cal.
Ushers were John Bleigh, brother of the bride, of Waialua, Hi; Paul Koscielski Jr., Quincy, Ill., and Todd VanArsdale, Hamilton, Ill., both cousins of the bride.
Guest books and programs were handled by Stephanie Koscielski, Quincy; and Emma VanArsdale, Hamilton, both cousins of the bride.
Musicians were Jeff Hickerson, organist; Wilson Allen and Taylor Smith, soloists.
All are from Hannibal.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Hannibal High School.
She attended Iowa State University in Ames, Ia.; and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering in 1998.
She is employed as an Estimator by Turner Construction Co., of Chicago, Ill.
The groom graduated from Kettering Fairmont High School in Kettering, Ohio; and from the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
He is a Project Superintendent for Turner Construction Co.; and an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
On Dec. 1, he will begin active duty deployment with the 277th Engineer Company based in San Antonio, Tex.
The company will be deployed to Iraq after the first of the year.
Showers for the couple were hosted by Peg Croucher, Joan Faulkner, and Leigh Johnson, and by Lois Lewton, Mary VanArsdale, Sharon Lewton, Marcia Freeman, Michelle Lewton, and Sarah Grueber.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple is making their home in Roselle, Ill.
