Bill and LeAnn Brown
William H. "Bill" and LeAnn R. Brown, St. Marys, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. June 27, 2004 at Hammond Hall, 211 N. 7th in St. Marys.
LeAnn R. Reiners and William H. Brown met at St. Marys High School in 1949.
They were married June 27, 1954, in Belvue.
Their children and spouses are Deb and Greg Fallon, Topeka, and Ron and Karen Brown, Colorado Springs, Colo. They have three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Mr. Brown was co-owner of the St. Marys Lumber Co. for 26 years until it was sold in 1994.
He is a partner in Indian Hills Land and Development Corp.
Mrs. Brown retired in 1974 as a bookkeeper and cashier at St. Marys State Bank after 12 years of service.
