Kenny and Norma Hartter of Topeka will be guests of honor at a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. July 1, 2001 at the Topeka Performing Arts Center in celebration of their 40th wedding anniversary.
Hosts will be their three children and their grandchildren.
Kenny Hartter and Norma Carpenter were married July 9, 1961, in Fairview.
Mr. Hartter has worked for more than 35 years at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., where he is a tire builder.
Mrs. Hartter is a customer service representative at Capitol Federal Savings, where she has worked for 22 years.
