Lewis 50th Anniversary
BROOKVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. Dean Lewis of Brookville were the guests of honor at a dinner celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.
The dinner was held July 2, 2005 at the Masonic Hall in Brookville and was hosted by the couple's children.
Approximately 90 guests attended.
Dean Lewis and Alma Byerly were married June 26, 1955, in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ohl.
Pastor Martin Wagner performed the ceremony.
He served in the Korean War. He retired from National Fuel Gas after 38 years of service.
He enjoys hunting, bowling and golfing.
She is a housewife who enjoys cross stitching, scrapbooking and family time.
They have four children: Craig Lewis, Steve Lewis, Scott Lewis and Marcy Coleman, all of the Brookville area; and five grandsons.
