Stoey 50th Anniversary
DuBOIS — Ed and Beverly “Sally” (Clark) Stoey of DuBois celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 9, 2005 by having their marriage blessed at a mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
The Rev. Msgr. Richard R. Siefer officiated.
They were married July 9, 1955, in St. Mary Catholic Church in Reynoldsville by the late Rev. Fr. Raymond F. Dugan.
He retired from Rockwell Manufacturing Company.
She worked at Jackson Chine until it closed.
She then worked and retired from BiLo.
They have three sons: Donald Stoey and Robert Stoey, both of DuBois, and Michael Stoey of York Haven; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A surprise party, hosted by their children, was held in their honor in McGivney Hall at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
