Esposito 50th Anniversary
BROCKWAY — Mr. and Mrs. John Esposito (Geraldine Johnson) of Brockway celebrated their 50th anniversary Saturday.
They were married July 23, 1955, at St. Leo Catholic Church in Ridgway with the Rev. Msgr. John W. Murphy officiating.
He was previous owner of the Terrace Motel in Brockway and was also a partner with Blase Development in Brockway.
He has been a musician for more than 50 years.
She works at Fay’s Christmas Village in Brockway and is also a homemaker.
They have five daughters: Cheryl Tamburlin, Dee Dee Carlini, Mickey Rhed, Connie Uplinger and Jackie Anderson, all of Brockway and 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
An anniversary Mass to celebrate the occasion was held Saturday at St. Tobias Catholic Church in Brockway followed by a family dinner at the DuBois Holiday Inn.
